Nutcracker Ballet Clinic Pics

I'm the worst at remembering to take pics during the ballet clinic (too busy dancing!), but thanks to the cutie above, I couldn't miss that shot!

During a ballet clinic, we usually focus on one ballet (or I make up my own). We read the story, listen to the music, make a costume (see the mouse masks and the toy soldier helmets above?), and learn a short recital for the ballet. We also usually decorate our background for our setting--this year we made the big Christmas tree with all our decorated little ones.

It's amazing every time how much a group of kiddos can learn in just 2 1/2 hours of practice!

Nutcracker Christmas Clinic!

Join us for a Christmas ballet clinic! 
We'll be studying the story and music of the most famous Christmas ballet as well as making a costume and practicing our ballet steps. And, as always, you have a short recital to look forward to at the end of the clinic at 11:45. 
All ages welcome! 
$35/$25 siblings. Tuition due at time of clinic.

Winter Clinics will be held at the Fairyland Elementary School gym on:

February 7, 3-5:15pm

February 21, 3-5:15pm

March 7, 3-5:15pm

March 21, 3-5:15pm

During the February clinics we will be studying the Sleeping Beauty ballet. We will review the story, listen to the music, learn ballet moves, learn a short recital piece, do a different Sleeping Beauty craft during each clinic and have a small snack.

During the March clinics we will be studying the Cinderella ballet. We will review the story, listen to the music, learn ballet moves, learn a short recital piece, do a different Cinderella craft during each clinic and have a small snack. 

At 5pm during each clinic we will invite the parents (and grandparents and friends) back in for a short recital to show off what we've learned.

The cost for each clinic is $30/$25 for siblings.

All four clinics together are $100/$85 for siblings.
